Eine Rückgabe ist möglich, wenn:

  • Die Originalverpackung muss vorhanden sein.

3. Rückerstattung

  • Sobald wir Ihre Rücksendung erhalten und geprüft haben, wird Ihre Rückerstattung innerhalb von 7 Tagen bearbeitet.

4. Umtausch von Produkten

  • Falls Sie ein Produkt umtauschen möchten, senden Sie uns bitte eine E-Mail an 📧 support@modewiese.de.
  • Umtauschverfahren:
    1. Rückgabe: Senden Sie das Produkt zurück.
    2. Neubestellung: Sie erhalten eine Gutschrift und können eine neue Bestellung aufgeben.

5. So leiten Sie eine Rückgabe ein

Unser Kundendienst wird Ihnen Anweisungen zur Rücksendung des Produkts geben. In manchen Fällen können zusätzliche Informationen erforderlich sein.

3️⃣ Rücksendung & Verpackung:

  • Senden Sie das Produkt an die von uns angegebene Rücksendeadresse.
  • Stellen Sie sicher, dass das Produkt sorgfältig verpackt ist, um Transportschäden zu vermeiden.

4️⃣ Prüfung & Rückerstattung:

  • Nach Erhalt des zurückgesandten Produkts prüfen wir den Zustand und den Rückgabegrund.
  • Die Rückerstattung erfolgt nach erfolgreicher Prüfung.

6. Versandkosten für Rücksendungen

📌 Die Versandkosten für Rücksendungen trägt der Kunde. Wir empfehlen, den Artikel mit einem verfolgbaren Versanddienst oder einer Versicherung zurückzusenden, um Verlust oder Schäden während des Transports zu vermeiden.

🚚 Keine Wiedereinlagerungsgebühren: Es fallen keine zusätzlichen Bearbeitungsgebühren für Rücksendungen an.
